The Planet of the Apes movie project is a “re-imagining” of the classic science-fiction novel by Pierre Boulle and the 1968 film. The cast includes Mark Wahlberg, Tim Roth, Helena Bonham Carter (Fight Club), Michael Clarke Duncan (The Green Mile), Paul Giamatti (Man on the Moon), Estella Warren (Driven), Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (Rising Sun), David Warner (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, and Kris Kristofferson (Blade).
